1. This workshop will explore issues raised by the Energy Division white paper, “Proposed Energy Efficiency Risk-Reward Incentive Mechanism and EM&V Activities”. The workshop will aim to obtain Party feedback on an objective introduced in that paper – the idea of “the evaluation of the IOU’s portfolios of activities for the purpose of measuring performance relative to established performance metrics.”
